Learn FISU Meditation over two weekends (non-residential) in a cohort with others. You start on Friday evening and continue throughout Saturday until Sunday afternoon. A light lunch is included on Sat & Sun with beverages. Each weekend has its unique timetable where you learn new techniques. There is a 5-6 weeks gap between each weekend as you practise at home and become an established meditator. Virtual/Zoom checking sessions between the weekends include ongoing support and guidance. Our sessions are enjoyable and informative, and the techniques are easy, lazy, and effortless to practice.
